This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refund requests, duplicate charges, and billing issues are handled for ReachFlux.
Summary: ReachFlux subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewals. Payments already completed are generally non-refundable except where a refund is approved under this Policy or required by applicable law.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of paid ReachFlux subscriptions and other paid services made through an authorized ReachFlux checkout.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
ReachFlux may offer free trials for certain plans or features. The duration and conditions of a trial will be displayed when the trial is offered.
If a trial does not require payment information, you will not be charged merely because the trial expires.
If a future trial or promotional offer includes automatic conversion to a paid subscription, the applicable billing conditions will be disclosed before you confirm the offer.
Paid ReachFlux plans may be offered on recurring billing intervals, such as monthly or annual subscriptions.
The applicable price, billing interval, and subscription details will be displayed before purchase.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing interval presented at checkout until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
However, ReachFlux may review refund requests in circumstances including:
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Requests may be reviewed based on the transaction, account activity, circumstances, applicable law, and the rules of the applicable payment provider.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or were charged an incorrect amount, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@reachflux.io.
Please include enough information for us to identify the transaction, such as:
Do not send complete payment card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials by email.
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact your payment provider or financial institution where appropriate and notify ReachFlux support.
You may cancel a recurring ReachFlux subscription through available account or billing-management functionality or by contacting support@reachflux.io.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, cancellation normally prevents the next renewal.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Where applicable, paid functionality may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
ReachFlux may allow customers to upgrade or downgrade subscription plans.
The billing effect of a plan change may depend on the subscription, billing interval, timing of the change, and payment provider.
Where applicable, any immediate charge, credit, proration, or change to the next billing amount should be presented through the applicable billing interface before confirmation.
A downgrade does not automatically create a cash refund for previously paid subscription time unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

Please include:
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the account or transaction before processing the request.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the payment method or payment provider used for the original transaction where supported.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider, card network, bank, payment method, currency, and customer location.
ReachFlux cannot guarantee how quickly a bank or other financial institution will display an approved refund after it has been processed.
If you believe a ReachFlux charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact support@reachflux.io first so that we can investigate the issue.
Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false payment disputes may result in restriction or suspension of the associated ReachFlux account where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your payment provider, card issuer, bank, or applicable law.
ReachFlux may use a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record to process subscriptions and payments.
Depending on the payment arrangement, the payment provider may be responsible for processing the transaction, collecting applicable taxes, issuing billing documentation, handling payment-method information, or processing refunds.
Additional payment-provider terms and refund requirements may therefore apply to a transaction.
If there is a conflict between this Policy and a mandatory legal or payment-provider requirement applicable to a transaction, the applicable mandatory requirement will control to the extent required.
ReachFlux may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our subscriptions, payment arrangements, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When this Policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
