ReachFlux allows users to voluntarily connect their Google account to enable supported Google Calendar functionality.
Google Calendar access is requested only after the user initiates the connection and grants the requested permissions through Google's OAuth authorization process.
When authorized, ReachFlux may use the Google Calendar API to create and manage meeting events on behalf of the user as necessary to provide user-requested scheduling functionality.
ReachFlux includes optional AI-assisted functionality, including Auto-Pilot features.
When enabled, Auto-Pilot may analyze outreach conversations to determine an appropriate workflow action, such as replying, escalating a conversation, requesting meeting availability, or initiating an authorized meeting-scheduling workflow.
Auto-Pilot does not directly access or call the Google Calendar API. When a scheduling action is required, the ReachFlux application backend performs the authorized Calendar operation.
ReachFlux may use third-party AI inference providers, including Groq, to provide certain AI-assisted features.
Depending on the feature used, relevant outreach conversation content may be processed to generate responses, analyze conversations, or determine workflow actions.
Google Workspace API data obtained through the Google Calendar API is not transmitted to our third-party AI inference provider for AI model processing.
ReachFlux does not sell Google user data or use Google Workspace API data for advertising.
ReachFlux's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Users may revoke ReachFlux's Google account access through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access may disable related ReachFlux functionality.
